Career highlights

I have a true desire to create beauty and appealing aesthetics by using my sharp eye for balance and space planning. I find inspiration in nature, culture,  fashion and art. I travel to national home design market shows to stay current on furniture and home decor trends. I am formally educated in Interior Design, I was hired at Saddleback Interiors in Corona Del Mar, California. Currently, I started a staging and design business helping clients elevate their homes to become "market ready" and fully coordinating the merchandising of model homes for builder developments. 

Fashion Styling is creating a story which the audience has an inspiring or emotional and positive experience. I am able to work and react quickly in an ever evolving industry while keeping up on current trends and design. I am committed to collaborating with or leading a team and having the energy and grace to problem solve along the way. My background in fashion production for Nordstrom lead me to travel the Northwest and Southwest region coordinating in-store events, large charity fashion shows and celebrity appearances.

My career as a makeup artist started 20 years ago at the Nordstrom Stila Cosmetics Counter and my involvement in the fashion industry over 25 years ago. I have been a luxury brand ambassador for 29 Cosmetics out of Napa Valley, CA. While living in Cape Town, South Africa in 2014 I honed my skills as a make up artist and studied at Smudge Makeup Academy. With my strong network in the fashion and commercial industry I had the delight of working with renowned photographers, models, and agencies while abroad. In 2016, I became a licensed Esthetician in Colorado and was offered a position as the make up certification program instructor for the School of Botancial & Medical Aesthetics. 

At a young age, my world travels included living in Japan and Taiwan while working as a model. I lived in South Africa with my family from 2013-2015 for a wonderful adventure. These experiences in different cultures gave me an appreciation for local foods, art and architecture creating a melting pot of inspiration in my style and aesthetics. I have two teenage girls and a Pacific Northwest girl at heart. I enjoy skiing local mountains and the going to the ballet.
